**We will count on you to**:

- Partner with inspirational people across multiple businesses to understand their needs.
- Be curious to learn our business and understand their needs to scout the best talent.
- Effectively manage the end-to-end process of 20-25 requisitions (alongside our Recruitment Coordinators).
- Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant with operational tasks.
- Keep up to date with local market trends and analysis.

**What you need to have**:

- Solid end to end recruiting experience (as a Talent Consultant/Partner/Adviser/Recruiter).
- Sound knowledge of social media and sourcing techniques.
- A true passion for Talent Acquisition, attraction and experience.
- Fluent in English and any other EMEA language
