Position Overview
One of our clients, a leading Technology Services & Solutions giant needs a new Talent Acquisition Manager for their operations in Saudi Arabia. This role is based in Riyadh.
In order to achieve this, the TA Manager will need to provide coaching and guidance to Talent Acquisition Executives and Recruiters in the region to ensure team performance is optimized and team is fully engaged.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Lead and Manage end to end recruitment process for Saudi Arabia, that includes both Campus and Lateral hiring.
- Build and implement a strategic service delivery plan to attract and hire diverse talent.
- Develop a robust sourcing strategy that includes various recruitment channels
- Leverage technology and analytics to drive greater efficiency and improved recruiting service delivery
- Participate in relevant Audits and drive compliance to policies and process
- Partner with regional HR and Finance Leads on resource planning
- Manage overall Recruitment budgets for the region, and optimize cost per hire

**Requirements**:

- 15+ years HR/Recruitment experience with minimum 3 + years in leading a team
- Strong Communication and inter-personal skills
- Preferred experience within IT and consulting recruitment
- Analytical and understands a broad range of technologies; keeps up to date with market and technology trends
- Strong leadership and influential skills
- Highly organised
- Customer Orientated
- Bilingual - Arabic and English (will be an advantage)
- Travel
- This role will involve 30% travel in the initial period, will taper down with time.
