We are looking for a Design Assistant Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will support the Design Manager in overseeing various design projects, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's vision and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Design Manager in developing and implementing design projects from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure cohesive design integration across all disciplines.
- Conduct research on design trends, materials, and technologies to inform project development.
- Prepare design presentations and reports for stakeholders, synthesizing feedback and making relevant adjustments.
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance project outcomes.
- Support the coordination of workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving design-related issues during the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in design roles, preferably within hospitality, real estate, or entertainment sectors.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and construction processes.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices within design is a plus.
