**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Strengthen and develop MEA Service organization to ensure an independently running technical service, system support, Project engineering, Technology Centre and Digital Transformation

Establish strategies to Re-organize Technical Service Teams Structure to support business growth in existing markets and new markets

Strengthen and develop MEA Service organization to ensure an independently running technical service, system support, Project engineering,Technology Centre and Digital Transformation.

Establish strategies to Re-organise Technical Service Teams Structure to support business growth in existing markets in MEA and New Markets

Establish a platform to share technical experience among all MEA countries

Retain and train team to meet operational requirement in the region

Establish preventive and continuous improvement strategy of the technical service processes related to the responsibility area and reach business excellence involving functions like technical service, training, system specialists, System Quality and Spare parts supply.

Actively participate in EMT (Executive Management Team) for associated business decision making within MEA

As an employee and EHS supervisor of SIG MEA, you are entitled to behave by yourself and support other colleagues to strictly follow the EHS instruction and direction of the company, to ensure your own occupational health and safety, and also that of others who are affected by their actions or negligence.

Develop, implement, and improve methodologies / concepts / tools to improve customer experience with SIG machines. This include working with the Global team and regionally to develop

Digital Transformation innovations to improve SIG TCO, including OEE, Waste rates, Quick change over CBAs for SIG systems

Building SES+ methodology to demonstrate SIG technical competency to improve Customer experience for the whole site (stretch beyond SIG scope to include processing, warehousing system, etc.)

Work with Regional and global BI team to leverage and utilize our company big data, in relation to machine performance aiming to reach real predictability

Owner of the MEA Technical service P&L, this include Revenues, Margins, and productivity within his team.

**YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**:
Bachelor or Master in Mechanical or Electrical - Engineering or equivalent graduate Degree

Additional certification/ degree in Digital transformation/ BI/ ML would be a plus
