- Our client, a well-known medical facility, is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse - NICU, to be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, your duties and responsibilities would include but not limited to:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to premature and critically ill infants in the NICU.- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social workers, to optimize patient outcomes.- Educate and support families on care plans, procedures, and available resources, fostering a family-centered approach.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for patients.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.

**Requirements**:

- To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.- Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia or eligibility for licensures.- Minimum of 2 years of Clinical Nursing experience- Must be eligible to take the SCFHS exam.- Must be NRP Certified- Current license as a professional registered nurse.- Proficient in English
