Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Agile Project Management, preferably in digital or software development settings.
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and inspiring a team.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Prior involvement in digital transformation projects is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields, preferred.
- Agile or Scrum certification, highly beneficial.
