HR Business Partner

**The Position**
- As an HR Business Partner, you will help in implementing the organization's human resource strategy to attract, manage, develop, and retain employees. Moreover, you will be ensuring that the organizational structure, roles, and peoples’ competencies are aligned with business needs and future ambitions.- Your main accountabilities will be:
- Be the link between business and the People when it comes for implementing employees’ engagement and development strategies.
- Supervise full “Employment Life Cycle” from HR operational side aiming to better employment experience.
- Lead the internship program and support the recruitment process for new talents.
- Manage the full payroll process and help in implementing the global Total Reward strategy for the affiliate.
- Manage the compliance of internal policies and local labor law

**Qualifications**
- As an HR Business Partner, you need to have a strong business understanding and strategic thinking. In addition, you need to have deep knowledge of training, coaching, facilitation skills, and changing management skills.- To be successful in this role:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in human resource management, business administration, communication, or any equivalent degree
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry or multinational companies.
- Proficiency in English language
- High degree of innovation to drive inspiring projects and to be the catalysator for sparking organizational development.
