As a HR Business Partner, you will work closely with our HR team and business leaders to provide strategic HR support and guidance to drive business objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with business leaders to understand and anticipate HR needs and align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide day-to-day consultation and coaching on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and employee communication strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Thorough understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle confidential information.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
