The Role
HSE Manager - Riyadh, KSA - BigFish The Saudi Arabia market is booming and already home to some of the most exciting and eye catching developments in the world today. Our client is a leading Facilities Management company. They are currently seeking a HSE Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Duties will include: - Raise awareness and inculcate a positive Health & Safety culture across the contract operations. - Ensure that reporting requirements are fully complied with in a timely manner as per standard requirements. - Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements / contractual /client requirements. - Provide technical advice to the operations teams, and overseeing compliance on all contracts and providing advice to the operations team. - Monitor and oversee risk assessments and method statements to ensure they are performed as per contract scope of works. - Attend meetings relating to HSE - Ensure incident / accident response including first aid, rescue, evacuation, investigation and subsequent reporting is provided - Conduct and / or coordinate / facilitate investigation of HSE incidents and appropriate corrective / preventive actions. - Create HSE related reports

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**: - Diploma / Degree with specialisation in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, OHSAS ) - Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook - Have experience managing and maintain the health and safety policy/Manuel - Toolbox talks - Experience in method statements and risk assessments - Experience in organizing HSE training This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting company in a rapidly developing country.
