Director, Dentsu Sports International Ksa

As Director, DSI KSA your role is to drive the implementation of our business development and marketing projects for dentsu Sports International within the Kingdom and support our initiatives in MENA. You will be responsible for driving forwards all work and collaborations within the Kingdom, working closely with both the global dentsu sports international team and the wider dentsu team in region and market. You will be required to develop and man-age a team of expert professionals to help to implement and deliver the plans set out.

**What we're looking for**

As Director, DSI KSA your role is to drive the implementation of our business development and marketing projects for dentsu Sports International within the Kingdom and support our initiatives in MENA. You will be responsible for driving forwards all work and collaborations within the Kingdom, working closely with both the global dentsu sports international team and the wider dentsu team in region and market. You will be required to develop and manage a team of expert professionals to help to implement and deliver the plans set out.

This role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for the professional development and building a team of young, dynamic professionals and the nurturing of a culture that encourages excellence, dynamism, expertise and curiosity.

You will be a champion for the DSI values, culture, and our mission to help brands move at the speed of fans to drive our differentiation in the marketplace. The aim of the business is to be the go-to agency for fan knowledge/understanding and recognized as being the benchmark for strategic and creative ways to target and engage with fans.

You will drive the dentsu sports international team in KSA and also work closely with other key DSI stakeholders to drive new logo growth in market, regionally and globally. This will include a focus on the team's understanding of collaboration and moving as one across verticals and an exceptionable understanding of our capabilities, services, and expertise to create opportunities for growth.

Put simply - you will help grow dentsu Sports international through proactive new business and cutting edge marketing to help us achieve our medium and long term strategic plan.

**Qualifications**
- Multiple years with experience in a similar role
- Market and regional knowledge with a track record in sport and entertainment in KSA and the Middle East
- Global/ Regional Sponsorship expertise on high profile brands/events
- Extensive relationships at a senior level that can be utilised to unlock opportunities
- Proven track record in delivering growth and market leading work
