Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute effective social media strategies to build brand awareness, increase engagement, and grow followers across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Twitch, YouTube, etc.).- Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, live streams, and posts related to gaming, esports, and the hub's events. Ensure content resonates with the target audience while staying on-brand.- Community Engagement: Foster and maintain positive relationships with the gaming community, influencers, and esports professionals. Engage with followers in a timely manner, responding to comments, messages, and moderating discussions on social platforms.- Twitch Streaming: Manage and support live streaming initiatives on Twitch, assisting in setup, planning, content scheduling, and monitoring live sessions. Familiarity with Twitch tools and analytics is crucial.- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maintain cohesive visual identity and campaign tone.- Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and execute promotional campaigns for new gaming events, tournaments, collaborations, and product launches. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance and reach key gaming audiences.- Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance and analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Prepare detailed reports to measure KPIs, audience engagement, and conversion rates.- Influencer Relations: Collaborate with gaming influencers, streamers, and content creators to promote the brand and its activities. Requirements:
- Experience:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in the gaming, esports, or tech industry.
- Solid understanding of Twitch, streaming tools, and content creation best practices.
- Experience working with gaming companies or esports organizations is highly desirable.- Skills:

- Proficiency in social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Twitch Analytics).
- Ability to create compelling graphics, videos, and written content that resonates with the gaming audience.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with gaming trends, news, and the esports community.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Educational Background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in social media or digital marketing would be advantageous.- Nationality:
