**Requirement & Responsibilities**:

- 4 - 7 years of experience in the industry in a similar role.
- Play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of our logistic solution's delivery system using Yii2, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis. This includes writing clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Focus on optimizing existing code for improved performance and scalability. This involves refining algorithms, enhancing database efficiency, and implementing effective design patterns.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, offering timely and innovative solutions to ensure mínimal downtime and optimal system performance.
- Work closely with the development team to plan, design, and implement new features. This includes actively participating in code reviews, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team discussions on best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends relevant to our stack and logistics solutions. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance personal skills and knowledge.
- Must have a solid grounding in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, database management, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in Yii2, PHP, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and code optimization techniques is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems methodically and come up with efficient and innovative solutions. Must excel in troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.
- Possesses a high level of intellectual capability, enabling quick learning, adaptation, and mastery of complex technical concepts and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Exhibits strong collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in a team environment. Should be open to giving and receiving feedback constructively.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
- Shows a strong sense of initiative, seeking out opportunities for improvement and taking proactive steps to implement solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Nuxt.js is highly regarded, providing additional leverage in developing and optimizing our delivery systems.
