- Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and overall management of TafaseelBPO International's operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Drive business growth, market penetration, and revenue expansion in the region.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to position the company as a market leader.
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and high-performance within the organization.
- Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders and foster long-term relationships.
- Monitor industry trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Oversee financial performance and implement effective cost management strategies.
- Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles, ideally within the BPO industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to drive results through a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Experience in expanding businesses into new markets is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and inspire them towards achieving common goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
