**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Veterinary Field Officer and Department Manager Assistan located in Riyadh. The Veterinary Field Officer and department manager assistant will be responsible for assisting the Small Ruminants Department Manager in daily department activities. Provide veterinary services related to product promotion and technical support to customers. The role requires liaising and coordinating with the sales and marketing team to provide veterinary support to current and potential customers and working closely with the company's sales team to assist with potential new business.

**Qualifications**
- Master’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
- At least 2 years of experience in veterinary services for livestock (small ruminants).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook and familiar with veterinary software.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and administrative abilities.
- Compassion for animals and a commitment to their welfare.

**Role**
- Customer's Relations: Interact with customers, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks such as billing and invoicing.
- Inventory Management: Manage and track inventory of veterinary supplies, medications, and equipment.
- Assist in Field Work: Accompany veterinarians on field visits, assist in animal examinations, vaccinations, and treatments.
- Staff Support: Assist in coordinating the work of support staff.
- Site visits: Visit farms and generate detailed reports.
- Field Trainer: Perform training activity for veterinary technicians.

**Salary**: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
