**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for luxury chauffeur-driven services in the Jeddah, Madina, and Makkah regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Promote and sell our chauffeur-driven transportation services to potential clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our fleet and services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company’s market share in the region.
- **Operations**:

- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the chauffeur services, ensuring timely and efficient transportation for all clients.
- Oversee vehicle scheduling and driver allocation, ensuring high standards of service and punctuality.
- Maintain a close relationship with drivers and fleet managers to ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Address any operational issues or client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Manage the maintenance schedules for the fleet and ensure all vehicles are in pristine condition.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure that all clients receive a premium experience from booking to drop-off, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests, providing timely and professional responses.
- Implement feedback from clients to improve service quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and operations, preferably in the luxury or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury transportation industry, including chauffeur-driven services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage various operational activities.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the Jeddah, Madina, and Makkah regions and an understanding of the local market.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (a plus, but not required).
