The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for planning for new staff, interview, and hire them accordingly to cultivate a healthy work environment where everyone can thrive. They also consult executives on strategic decisions affecting all management levels to create sustainable change within their business or company.**Responsibilities**:
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Managing the employee onboarding process including visa processing review, document verification, and communication with the aspirants.
- Responsible for the employee's complete life cycle management within the organization.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.

- Performing the probation and annual evaluation for the employees and preparing the report for the management review with recommendations.

- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
- Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems and processes.
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
- Design and implement employee retention strategies.
- Employee attendance management.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assist the HR Department in the management of day-to-day HR and admin tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of internal documentation and conduct HR document Audits.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Must be a Saudi National.
- MBA / Master’s Degree in HR or Business Studies.
- Demonstrates great interpersonal skills. Oral and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
