**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Infrastructure & System Administration**
- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
- Oversee storage systems, backups, and disaster recovery operations to ensure business continuity.
- Conduct regular system updates and patch management activities.

**Network & Cloud Support**
- Support and maintain network configurations, firewalls, and VPN access.
- Administer and optimize **Microsoft 365**, **Azure**, and other cloud services with a focus on security and availability.
- Diagnose and resolve system performance issues; conduct root cause analysis where necessary.

**Service Management & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for system configurations and changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT services are aligned with organizational goals.

**Administrative**
- Follow all internal IT policies, procedures, and standard operating practices to maintain consistent and compliant operations.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology**, **Computer Engineering**, or a related field.
- 8-12 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 4 years in system administration and operations.
- Hands-on experience in **server management**, **network support**, and **NOC monitoring**.
- Strong understanding of **IT operations management**, ITIL standards, and infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
