Key Account Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining a healthy relationship with key clients that bring confidence in Key Accounts towards the company.
- To ensure monthly targets, sales volume, collection targets are achieved.
- Key Account supervisor must prepare all the sales record & agreements related documents PI / PO and aggressively follow up on payments and provide all the necessary documents timely (SOA) & ensure collection as per due date.
- Timely submission of forecast files, submitting orders, monitor plan to ensure customer call off is met.
- Supply chain alignment on dispatch, discharge, etc.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints within the stipulated time, by proactively engaging all the concerned parties. Acting as the point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Communicating and collaborating with the company respective internal departments, Supply chain / logistics, technical, Finance / A/C, to facilitate customer and ensure their needs are met.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's sort-term & long-term goals.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services, thorough understanding of the company policies & practices and execute within its framework / compliances.
- Identifying and monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, competition activities and Key Account behavior, new launches, compiling reports on account progress.
- Communicating with clients, developing a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Follow up on the new projects, organize product trials, sample deliveries, and follow ups on feedback/qualification.
- Regularly monitoring sales schedule, weekly sales reports, update forecast.
Key Account Supervisor Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of regional B2B Food manufacturing, ingredients companies.
- In-depth knowledge of competition, with relevant experience.
- Proactive, excellent team player and customer focused.
- Excellent time management and ability to work well in a team.
- Commercially minded, disciplined, and focused, with a strong drive for success with an appreciation for the challenges businesses face.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales / marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in Key account handling.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts. Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills.- **Degree**:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or relevant field.
