Senior Infrastructure Engineer

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Infrastructure Engineer to manage and implement IT infrastructure solutions. This role involves designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining complex infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance and security across the organization’s IT environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Infrastructure Implementation**:
Oversee the design, setup, and deployment of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking devices, and cloud solutions.**Configuration Management**:
Configure, install, and maintain infrastructure components, such as operating systems, virtual environments, networking equipment, and cloud services.**System Integration**:
**Monitoring and Performance Tuning**:
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure mínimal downtime and maximum efficiency.**Automation and Scripting**:
Develop and implement automation scripts for infrastructure tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.**Security Implementation**:
Implement and maintain security measures for infrastructure systems, ensuring data protection and compliance with relevant regulations.**Documentation**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure architecture, configurations, and processes.**Collaboration**:
Work closely with other teams (DevOps, Network, and Security) to ensure seamless integration and support of infrastructure solutions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in infrastructure implementation, configuration, and management.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows Server).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, firewalls).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications such as CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
