We are currently seeking a bilingual (Arabic and English) Commercial Property Manager to join our

Driven Properties team in Saudi Arabia. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for

overseeing the management and operation of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction,

maximizing occupancy rates, and optimizing property performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities, in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters.
- Oversee leasing activities, including tenant negotiations, lease renewals, and new lease agreements, to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance assessments to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to address property maintenance and repair needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and performance analyses, providing insights and recommendations to optimize property performance and investment returns.
- Enforce lease terms and property rules, respond to tenant inquiries and concerns, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and legal requirements.
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the commercial real estate sector in Saudi Arabia.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics related to commercial properties.
- Proven track record of success in leasing, tenant relations, and property operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
