We are currently looking for Strategy Manager who can join **immediately** on **Fixed Term Basis**
In this role you are going to responsible for supporting team leadership, collecting and conducting analysis, creating recommendations, delivering impactful solutiona and clear client presentations.

**Key responsibilities and objectives**:

- Build strong and long term relations with clients as a trusted advisor on strategic issues
- Shape client’s agenda through understanding key pains and propose discussion points with TAM leadership
- Take the full ownership of multiple projects concurrently
- Structure the full scope of the project and defines the project’s specific approach, framework, and methodologies
- Manage the full project plan, deliverables, resources and budget throughout the project lifecycle
- Actively manage the client relationship during the project to ensure high client satisfaction
- Drive business insight, conclusions and solid recommendations to address client’s issues
- Lead the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery
- Manage and develops team members according to career plans by providing insight and coaching
- Own client communications & relationship

**Requirements**:

- **6+ years of relevant experience**:

- **Saudi National**:

- History of working with Saudi governmental clients in professional services and management consulting
- Successfully managed multiple and large-scale projects preferably within destination management or tourism and trade
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Proficiency in Arabic and English both spoken and written
- Full proficiency in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree is a must, business-related majors are preferred

- Strong analytical and technical skills and the ability to creatively solve complex problems
- Strong research methodology and analytical skills
