The Senior Technical Design Authority Manager will act as the custodian of architectural integrity for the program, ensuring technical alignment with the program's objectives and guiding the technical teams towards achieving scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions. - Define, own, and maintain the architecture and design principles to ensure the technical integrity of the solution.
- Develop and communicate the Transformation Architecture Blueprint to all stakeholders.
- Ensure the solution design aligns with the program's objectives, business goals, and operational needs.
- Conduct technical reviews to validate conformance with architecture and design principles.
- Facilitate and enforce architecture governance through consistent updates and reporting mechanisms.
- Approve high-level design changes to ensure alignment with the established architecture framework.
- Identify and manage cross-workstream architectural dependencies.
- Ensure collaboration and alignment across lead architects and technical teams from various implementation workstreams.
- Make the Transformation Architecture Blueprint accessible and comprehensible to all relevant teams to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Identify potential architectural risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Monitor and manage risks arising from design and implementation decisions to ensure project continuity and quality.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to Cloud Architects, and other technical teams.
- Drive architectural decisions that enhance scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the primary technical authority, ensuring best practices and industry standards are integrated into the solution.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex systems and make sound architectural decisions.
- Proven track record in resolving architectural conflicts and ensuring design integrity.
- Awareness of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in cloud, infrastructure, and system architecture.
- Certifications in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) are highly desirable.
