TRS Middle East is working with a leading PMC in Saudi Arabia and are looking for a Design and Construction Management Services Operations Director to be based in Riyadh.

The Operations Director shall ensure that the Design Services (DS) and Construction Management Services (CMS) Business Units operate efficiently across the organization and with external Clients, Consultants and Contractors. They will direct and coordinate the internal structure of the DS & CMS division based on company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with GM & Business Leadership Team (BLT), DS and CMS Project Directors, DS Leads, Project Managers their teams and Stakeholders.
2. Provide the necessary support and direction to the D&CMS division team and stakeholders.
3. Work with Business Leadership Team (BLT) to recommend strategic initiatives, goals, and objectives and once approved, to implement them within risk profile acceptable to company. To ensure their needs are clearly defined and that the D&CMS team provides the necessary resources (support, technology, and training) to deliver a consistent level of service.
4. Directs the performance of the D&CMS division to develop and improve, where required, existing internal policies and procedures.
5. Identify initiatives and practices implemented that enhanced to operational and financial position of the business
6. Develops and implements strategic initiatives and the associated key performance indicators (KPIs) for optimizing performance of the D&CMS division with the goal of meeting or exceeding the established KPI performance benchmarks.

b. Excelling in Financial Performance, Partnering for Operational Excellence, and inspiring our Employees.
c. Collaborate with GM to ensure alignment of goals.
7. Actively manages and regulates project financial performance and takes corrective actions.
8. Establishes and implements goals, objectives, standards, procedures, systems and guidelines.
9. Coaches, mentors, and challenges staff. Champions continuous improvement, including devising new strategies and new opportunities.

**Key Essentials**:

- A hands on executive who is a visibly engaged leader.
- Architecture or Engineering university degree graduate from an internationally recognized university.
- Minimum of 20 years management experience, with 8 to 12 years in a relevant senior role.
- Strong Safety/Quality ethos.
- High levels of personal credibility and gravitas.
- Strong leadership ability with a dynamic mind-set.
- Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ability to influence decision making across all levels.
- Ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen combined with an analytical, creative and pro-active mind-set.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong cultural awareness.
