Unique and profitable business model

**Senior Category Specialist - Home & Consumables**

The Category Specialist will own and manage the category of home & consumables. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the organization to plan, develop, source and manage procurement arrangements to effectively meet business objectives. Trend classification and winning products

**What you’ll do**:

- You will Introduce winning products to Taager's portfolio within the home & consumable category
- You will be setting the pricing strategy of the SKUs and defining the price.
- You will review the category's main data points (orders, conversion rate, no. of sold pieces, GMV, new winning SKUs, inventory DOH, demand forecasting) to ensure proper management of the category
- You will collaborate with the Vendor Management team to source new suppliers as well as to ensure the inventory of products with our suppliers.
- You will manage and own the SLAs and process to upload new products on the website
- You will collaborate with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- You will utilize qualitative and quantitative research within the region to determine customer expectations, needs, preferences, style, product pricing, shopping motivations and product demand in terms of basic, commercial and trend classification.
- You will understand the insights of different 'personas', plan and allocation processes in a timely manner.

**What will make you successful**

**Must have**:

- You have at least 2 years experience in the e-commerce field in the Saudi Arabian market.
- You have hands-on experience in managing and maintaining an e-commerce website.
- You have excellent communication & calibration skills.
- You have strong analytical skills.

**Nice to have**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business
