**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Lead the preparation of **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** in compliance with IFRS and Saudi accounting standards.
- Manage **budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis** to support management decision-making.
- Monitor **cash flow, working capital, and liquidity** to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement **internal controls, policies, and procedures** to safeguard company assets.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
- Liaise with **external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities (ZATCA, MOCI, SAMA)**.
- Oversee **taxation matters** including VAT, Zakat, and corporate income tax compliance.
- Support senior management in evaluating **investment opportunities, real estate valuations, and ROI analysis**.
- Partner with operations and leasing teams to align financial strategies with business performance.
- Implement and optimize ERP/financial systems (e.g., Yardi, Oracle, SAP, or similar).

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- **Professional certifications** such as CPA, CMA, ACCA Preferred, and SOCPA (required)
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a **managerial role** within **real estate, property management, or investment sectors**.
- Strong knowledge of **IFRS, Saudi tax and Zakat regulations, and compliance requirements**.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and provide strategic insights.
- Hands-on experience with **ERP/financial systems**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
