- Charterhouse have been mandated by the investment arm of a notable holding company in Saudi Arabia for the search of a PE associate. The investment fund is in the early stages of development and is looking to aggressively to grow their PE team.
As an associate, you will take on a generalist sector coverage across deals within the GCC and further afield. You will be actively involved in the transaction life cycle from start to conclusion but will not be responsible for the post-management. Therefore, this role will be heavily focused on the technical aspects, especially valuations.
Although having a generalist coverage of sectors, there will be a focus on activity across Entertainment, F&B, Healthcare and TMT. Having prior exposure within a number of these sectors will be advantageous.
To be considered for this role, you must be a Saudi National with prior PE exposure. Associates within the fund typically possess around 5 to 8 years direct deal experience and this can be across a mix of IB and PE. CFA holders would also be preferred.
