About our client Our client is a well-established family office based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They are opportunistic, sector-agnostic, and primarily focused on private equity direct investments and co-investments in developed markets, with a particular emphasis on the lower-to-mid market. This position will allow a great deal of exposure, and the opportunity to make a direct impact. What the job involves Take ownership of the full deal cycle, from sourcing and screening through execution, monitoring, and exit Support co-investments and direct investments, including minority partner positions Build robust financial models, conduct valuation analysis, and prepare investment memoranda Manage follow-up calls on forecasts and update internal exit assumptions and capital needs projections Participate in board discussions and investment committee reviews where required Oversee portfolio management for existing investments Who we are looking for Demonstrated track record of having executed numerous private equity deals Strong financial modelling, valuation, and deal execution skills Strong communication and stakeholder management capability Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not essential #LI-OM1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
