We are looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. If you have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and leadership experience in the F&B industry, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Train and manage baristas and other staff, ensuring excellent product knowledge and service.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally.
- Work towards sales targets and profitability.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a coffee shop manager or supervisor in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Strong knowledge of coffee, brewing techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
