Overview:
Currie & Brown is currently looking to hire an individual with the attitude, outlook, and drive to build and grow the healthcare service in KSA. You will be a strategic and innovative thinker and a first-class communicator with excellent team leadership qualities. You will have experience in healthcare construction project delivery, be a thought leader, and inspire confidence in this field. The Director will have overall responsibility for financial, operational, client, and people related activities for Healthcare work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). They will lead the development and management of our healthcare service line in KSA

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Global Healthcare Lead and the KSA Country lead, develop a Healthcare Services 5-year business plan, and take ownership of its implementation.
- Have overall responsibility to establish, grow and have operational management of a Healthcare Business Unit in KSA, providing project management, cost management, and advisory services.
- Have P&L responsibility for the Healthcare Business Unit, setting budgets and meeting annual growth targets.
- Win work, recruit and manage team members, deliver project work, assume QA responsibility for team outputs, grow the team, identify and secure business and network within the industry promoting Currie & Brown’s services.
- Lead the production of KSA healthcare bids including fee proposals, and manage the delivery of projects in line with agreed fees to maximize profit.
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the KSA Healthcare Services Business Unit.
- Responsible for optimizing business expansion opportunities ensuring that they meet the required financial targets and returns
- Responsible for reinforcing and leading a cross-selling culture across the Currie & Brown business
- Responsible for ensuring corporate compliance within the KSA Healthcare Services Business Unit, and mitigating risk, across all areas of business delivery, whether directly delivered or through subcontractors
- Raise the profile of Currie & Brown within the health industry, in a way that aligns with the growth strategy of the organization and promotes new business opportunities

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Well-versed in current trends and literature in the KSA health care industry
- Minimum 12 years of working experience preferable with 5 years in a consulting / management role capacity
- Preferred experience at a regional level, client and stakeholder interface, service delivery with overall financial reports delivery and management
