Deputy Program Manager

Serve as deputy program manager to support the Saudi P563 Program in country in the development of project scope and plan
- Serves as the interface with all software program to track and provide reports pertaining to the Saudi program scope, cost and schedule, risk analysis and presentations.
- Manage cost estimating support services provided by Pro2Serve
- Provide scope control and schedule and cost analyses/reports to assist management and execution of program.
- Act as the Senior PM / integrator to the USACE incountry program manager. This person will be in charge of ensuring that the project manager functions, cost and schedule are aligned and that all products are analyzed and coordinated in order to track / update.
- Represent client at project review meetings and conferences.
- Provide technical support and guidance on design related issues.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports
- Capable of quickly building a team to support oversight and management of a large US Army Corps of Engineers design/construction program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
- A versatile manager capable of building and managing a diverse contract team composed of US EXPAT hires, Saudi National hires and 3rd Country National hires
- Capable of working with little or no supervision on multiple OCONUS types of mid to large-scale design or construction programs (programs typically more than $1,000,000 in scope).
- Capable of using standard USACE cost engineering tools including Project Management (Primavera/P2) and Cost Engineering (MCASES/MII)
- Capable of developing and coordinating schedules, budgets, subcontractors, etc. as needed.
- Experienced in preparation and coordination of periodic reports, studies, presentations, etc. and presents as needed.
- Experienced in supervision of work efforts by program personnel and experienced in managing personnel issues as required.
- Demonstrates ability to get along with coworkers, customers and visitors.

**Job Requirements**
- Position requires Bachelor’s Degree and 15 years’ of previous cost engineering/ program management experience.
- Able to read and interpret documents, engineering drawings.
- Able to write routing and non-routine reports and correspondence.
- Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Able to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables.

**Preferred but not required**
- Current PMP or CCP Certification
- Arabic language
- USACE project delivery experience

This position may require the ability to obtain a government clearance. This position may require reviews and test for absence of any illegal drugs along with a background investigation by the Federal government in order to obtain an access authorization prior to employment, and may require subsequent reinvestigations may be required.
