**Job Purpose**:

**Sales Engineering**:

- **Product Sales**: Support in selling HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
- **Design & Specification Analysis**: Assist in analyzing project specifications and providing technical input for HVAC systems, ensuring components such as refrigerants, coils, and fans meet project requirements.
- **Prepare Proposals & Quotations**: Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and system designs aligned with client specifications. Provide clear communication of technical and financial details.

**Project Support & Coordination**:

- **Sales Order Management**: Collaborate with internal teams to manage sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing from quotation to order confirmation.
- **Coordinate with Internal Teams**: Work with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and timely execution of projects.
- **Order Follow-Up**: Assist in tracking orders through various stages (design, production, shipping), ensuring deadlines are met and addressing any issues that arise.

**Client Relations & After-Sales Support**:

- **Customer Communication**: Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and resolve any issues during the project lifecycle.
- **After-Sales Services**: Support after-sales services, including coordinating with the maintenance team, managing spare parts, and providing technical assistance when needed.
- **Troubleshooting & Technical Support**: Assist clients with product troubleshooting and provide technical guidance on HVAC systems.

**Financial & Administrative Support**:

- **Financial Tasks**: Assist in financial analysis, including cost estimation, pricing studies, and preparing invoices for clients.
- **Procurement Coordination**: Help coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment for project execution.
- **Documentation & Export Coordination**: Prepare necessary documentation for shipping, ensuring export requirements (if applicable) are met.

**Field Sales & Business Development**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Participate in field sales activities, helping to identify potential clients and introduce them to the company’s products and services.
- **Product Knowledge Support**: Support the sales team with product demonstrations and provide technical information to prospective clients.

**Team Collaboration & Training**:

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, maintenance, production) to ensure smooth coordination and support for the sales process.
- **Training Support**: Assist in training both internal teams and clients on product usage, technical specifications, and maintenance procedures.

**Key Competencies**:

- Basic knowledge of **HVAC systems**, refrigeration, and air conditioning products.
- Strong **sales and customer service skills**.
- Ability to assist in **project coordination** and manage sales order processing.
- Familiarity with **technical specifications** and HVAC system designs.
- Effective **communication skills** (both technical and non-technical).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **MS Office**, and other software related to sales and technical design.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently as well as part of a team.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Mechanical Engineering**, **HVAC**, or a related technical field.
- **2-4 years of experience** in sales engineering, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems.
- Basic understanding of **project management** and **technical sales processes**.
- Experience with **client relationship management** and after-sales support

Pay: ﷼10,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
