he HR Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources. They are responsible for oversight of recruiting and onboarding employees, creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, and developing and executing training programs. The HR Manager will work closely with the Head of Learning and Development to ensure that the company's human resources strategy is aligned with the overall business goals

**Key Responsibilities**

**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the company
- Oversee conduct of interviews and authorize job offers
- Manage the employee onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees

**HR Policies and Procedures**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with relevant Saudi legislation and aligned with the company's culture and values
- Update policies and procedures as required to ensure compliance to Saudi law and effectiveness
- Communicate policies and procedures to employees and ensure adherence

**Employee Relations**:

- Manage employee relations to promote a positive work environment and ensure employee satisfaction
- Address employee grievances and provide support to employees in difficult situations
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations issues

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Manament: 1 year (preferred)
