**Responsibilities**:
Our newest opportunity is for a talented **BIM Engineer**to join our award-winning team.

This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team, supporting the 3D design models and will be responsible for, developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models for Dry Utilities networks. The role ensures that generation of 2D drawings from models and maintains high stand for BIM implementation, Clash detection within the discipline, and coordination within the discipline for infrastructure projects.

We envisage success in this role to include:

- Coordinating the overall BIM implementation within his discipline to support the multidisciplinary project delivery.
- Coordinating the assigned project BIM/CAD team including input to quality assurance and quality control of models and drawings.
- Assisting in the creation of BIM deliverables, model federation, clash detection reports, BIM quality control plans and design review in addition to the asset management BIM implementation within his discipline.
- Developing and managing 3D models for 3D models for Dry utilities (Electrical, Telecom, MV, LV, Street lighting) using Civil 3D.
- Conducting internal clash detection to ensure dry utilities are not interfere with the wet utilities and/or any other disciplines.
- Assuring the generation of the 2D drawings (Plan, Profiles, Sections, details) from the BIM models and its compliance with Client requirements and Company standards.
- Supporting the implementation of the BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverable production within his discipline.
- Assisting in leading the BIM implementation, Standards, modelling workflow during the project design lifecycle within his discipline.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the software functionality issues.
- Supporting in creating the templates/libraries as per Client’s requirements.
- Providing trainings for Modelers if needed.
- Responsible for the BIM modellers onboarding to the projects.
- The focal point of contact between the BIM Management team and the Project’s design team.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent and more than 3 years of experience in a similar position. Having a membership of a professional institution is desirable.

Furthermore, you should demonstrate:

- Good knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
- Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Revit is an added value.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
