Hydrocarbon Sales Manager 1

**_Role + Responsibilities ; _**
- Achievement of sales target across the E+H portfolio of products, solutions and
services in the Hydrocarbon Industry Market (Oil, Gas, Petrochemical).
- Implementation of Sales Strategy as defined.
- Direct the field sales operation through the implementation of sales platforms and consultative selling techniques.
- Leading Hydrocarbon Sales Team achieving the assigned targets and KPIs.
- Management of customer database defining key targets and objectives through the
E+H customer classification system.
- Build relationship with the top-level management of the hydrocarbon key account.
- Report to the Sales Director on all outstanding major potential to enable accurate
quarterly sales forecasting.
- Develop a field sales organization capable of developing new and existing business opportunities from the E+H customer classification system.
- Continue to improve the ‘communication links between the Projects and Services
processes in order to develop sales.
- Attend the review meetings arranged through the Sales Department and to input market feedback that could affect the change to company strategy.
- Interface business activity between field and internal sales to ensure effective
communication at all times so maximizing all business opportunities.
- Ensure business unit plans and key initiatives are consistent with account plans and
are implemented in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand all aspects of the business, market needs and competitive environment
- Create a strong awareness of Endress+Hauser Solution capabilities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Work proactively with Endress+Hauser regional support line and regional Project
team.
- Drive and manage training programs (i.e Lunch & Learns, Technology Information
Exchanges).
- Support the company in creating and planning the sales strategy. Implements sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives.
- Establishes sales targets and ensures sales achievement. Develop pipeline in an
organized approach to target list of
**_Qualification + Profile : _**
Technical skills
- a graduate, ideally coming from process automation, industry automation background or electrical engineering background and familiar with calibration centre, maintenance centre and services in general terms would be highly appreciated.
Language skills: excellent English & Arabic mandatory ;

- Min 10 years of experience in international firm working in Hydrocarbon industry as Sales Manager
