According to the procedures for selecting and evaluating suppliers approved by the company. Make a price comparison statement, ensure conformance of specifications and fairness of prices, write notes and make adjustments according to the licensed person's recommendations to choose the appropriate offer. Following up the approval of the price offer from the Authority and preparing the purchase order on the system according to the approved procedure and its approval by the Authority and sending a copy of it to the supplier.

Follow up the payment of dues to supplier companies and institutions in cooperation with the financial department.

Ensure that the invoices submitted are correct and regular in accordance with the financial controls in force in the company.

Follow-up updating suppliers' price lists and providing the relevant authorities with them.

Follow-up suppliers in the delivery of supply requests to the warehouse or to the project.

Editing letters related to administrative work and preparing periodic reports related to work.

Cooperating with the Marketing and Sales Department in determining estimated values and Tender specialist-Quantity surveyor Tenders prices.

Adhere to the occupational health and safety policy and procedures.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Purchasing Specialist: 8 years (required)
- Maintenance and operation: 8 years (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (required)
- English (required)

License/Certification:

- CPM (required)
- CIPP (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (required)
