Job Opening: People Operations Officer (HR Executive)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Nationality Preferred: Malayalam/ kerala orgin applicant only

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure accurate documentation.
- Assist in drafting contracts, offer letters, and other employment documents.
- Support payroll coordination by verifying attendance, leave records, and related employee data.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and handle employee queries effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal company policies.
- Support HR audits, exit formalities, and performance evaluation processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,500.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 21/04/2025
