**Position Overview**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Executive** to manage **people operations and employee compliance**. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth HR functions, compliance with labor laws, and supporting employees throughout their journey with the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage **employee records, contracts, and HR documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with **Saudi labor laws and company policies**:

- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Assist in payroll and employee benefits administration
- Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support
- Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**:

- **Proven experience** in HR operations in Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of **Saudi labor law and HR compliance**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- **Transferable Iqama** (mandatory)
