**Position Overview**: The Sales Manager will be based in Riyadh and will oversee Area Sales Managers from different cities across the Country. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in luxury goods or high-end retail sales, and the ability to inspire and manage a team to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and manage Area Sales Managers based in various cities to ensure alignment with company goals and sales strategies.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration objectives.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales.
- **Sales Performance**: Monitor and evaluate sales performance across different regions, providing support and guidance to Area Sales Managers to optimize results.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Training & Development**: Provide training and development opportunities for Area Sales Managers to enhance their skills and knowledge of the luxury perfume market.
- **Brand Promotion**: Ensure consistent and effective promotion of the company’s luxury perfume brands, maintaining high standards of brand presentation and customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the luxury goods or high-end retail industry.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of sales professionals across multiple locations.
- **Skills**: Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- **Market Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of the luxury perfume market and an understanding of regional sales dynamics.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- **Language**: Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- **Location**: Based in Riyadh with willingness to travel as needed to oversee operations in other cities.
