**Job Summary**:
The HSE Officer drives Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) awareness and compliance throughout the company.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Co-ordinate and handle all activities pertaining to Health, Safety & Environment, including Statutory and Government related safety and environment matters.
2) Conduct Health, Safety and Environment training to all employees and contractors.
3) Ensure all safety equipment are periodically inspected and serviced to maintain its functionality.
4) Conduct fire drills and table top exercises.
5) Enforce and ensure compliance with health & safety rules and regulations throughout the organization.
6) Assist in developing and enforcing workplace safety procedures.
7) Assist in carrying out hazard analysis of major hazardous operations, recommend safe work procedures and follow up on implementation.
8) Ensure all documentation and records are properly maintained.
9) Must be willing to perform additional role in the company (Technical / QA / Purchasing, etc. ) based on relevant skills and competency.
10) Any other jobs as assigned.
**Qualification & Skills**:
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Well versed in work safety/fire safety/HSE regulations.
- Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO14001.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
