Our client is a renowned food & Beverage company with chain restaurants all over Saudi, looking to fill this vacancy in multiple locations within the kingdom.
**Job Summary**:
The Restaurant Manager ensures the smooth operation of all restaurant activities, driving profitability and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all restaurant operations including staffing, customer service, and financial management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Manage budgets, monitor costs, and optimize resource use.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns and improve performance.
- Handle any major service or operational issues that arise.
**Core Competence**:
**Qualification**:
Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
**Skills**:
Leadership, financial management, strategic planning, problem-solving, team-building.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
