Our client is a renowned food & Beverage company with chain restaurants all over Saudi, looking to fill this vacancy in multiple locations within the kingdom.

**Job Summary**:
The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff performance.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Supervise and support staff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or service issues.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and safety standards.
- Support staff training and development.

**Core Competence**:
**Qualification**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.

**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality management is a plus.

**Skills**:
Leadership, customer service, conflict resolution, time management, communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
