**Duties**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure all food production meets quality standards for taste, presentation, and freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in catering events by preparing large quantities of pastries as needed.
- Package and present finished products attractively for service or sale.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary and responding to inquiries about menu items.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years plus of experience
- Can join immediately
- With transferable Iqama
- Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to pastry production.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for baking and creating delicious pastries that exceed customer expectations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Diploma (required)
