**Job Overview**

We are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable** Contract Administrator** / **Contract Analyst** to be a part of our team. You should be able to assist us in all contract-related matters. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts and identifying any loopholes and potential legal as well as financial risks.
Besides, you should be able to explain and negotiate contract terms and conditions. As a **Contract Administrator / Contract Analyst**, you should be up-to-date with the developments and changes in contract laws. Your ability to provide legal advice to clients will be advantageous.
**Responsibilities**
- Reviewing and identifying any errors in the contracts
- Analyzing contract clauses, liabilities, and preventing any potential disputes that may arise because of the same
- Examining and negotiating contract terms and conditions
- Assisting in drafting payment structures and reimbursement conditions
- Ensuring that the contract terms adhere to the legal guidelines and regulations
- Maintaining and updating a record of all contract files
- Informing clients of any changes to the existing contracts
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in contract laws
- Coordinating with the internal departments and explaining contract obligations to them
- Convert written contracts and related documents from English to Arabic and vice versa
- Guiding the management in making amendments and settlements

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 7-10 years of work experience as a Contract Analyst, Contract Administrator, or a similar position, specifically in the construction field and in Saudi Arabia
- ** Excellent**written and verbal communication skills in** English and Arabic**:

- Complete knowledge of the contract laws and pertaining legal guidelines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and research driven individual
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Ability to offer excellent customer service
