Parsons is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our infrastructure construction supervision team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the project team with administrative tasks and ensuring efficient document management for various infrastructure works, including roads, tunnels, bridges, and utilities. The Admin Officer will ensure the smooth flow of documentation, office management, and coordination of administrative functions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence, both in physical and digital formats.
- Ensure that documents are properly logged, tracked, filed, and distributed according to project procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks as required by the project team.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely document submission and approval.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring that project teams have the resources they need.
- Monitor and maintain the document control system, ensuring proper storage and retrieval of documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing project-related correspondence.
- Ensure that all administrative functions comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Saudi National with valid Saudi Arabian residency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or office management role, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
- Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint) is a plus.
- Knowledge of local construction industry standards and practices.
