Our client, a global construction consultancy firm, is working with an aviation holding company owned fully and supported by the government of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). They are working on a number of high profile aviation projects and as part of their strategic grown plans they are looking for an experienced asset manager to head the asset management team in Riyadh.

**A successful **head of asset management **will have**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and portfolio management.
- Educated to at least a bachelors level, although a masters is preferred in engineering or a related field.
- Held the senior level client facing roles such as associate or director level.
- Proven track record of project planning and strategy on aviation (or related) projects.
- Strong building and infrastructure experience.
- Chartered status is highly desirable.
- Experience in the Gulf is highly desirable.
