A leading consultancy is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Asset Management to lead their airport projects division in Riyadh. As the Head of Asset Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of assets within their airport projects, ensuring their efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization. With a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience, you will bring extensive expertise in asset management, aviation infrastructure, and project leadership. Your strategic vision and technical acumen will be essential in enhancing the performance and value of their airport assets while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Asset Management Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy for their airport projects, aligning with industry best practices and international standards. Ensure a systematic approach to asset lifecycle planning, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Lifecycle Planning: Collaborate with project teams to create long-term asset management plans, including asset acquisition, commissioning, and decommissioning strategies. Implement strategies for asset renewal and replacement based on condition assessments and performance data.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of airport assets. Regularly analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize asset performance.
- Maintenance and Operations: Oversee the maintenance and operation of airport assets to ensure their availability, reliability, and safety. Develop maintenance schedules and implement preventive and corrective maintenance measures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements related to airport asset management.
- Budget and Cost Management: Develop and manage budgets for asset management activities, including maintenance, upgrades, and replacements. Monitor costs and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining asset quality.
- Asset Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on asset performance, maintenance activities, and financial aspects. Present reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess risks associated with airport assets and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of asset management professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including airport authorities, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure effective communication and alignment of asset management objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in asset management, preferably within airport projects or aviation infrastructure.
- Must be able to start as soon as possible.
- In-depth knowledge of asset management principles, best practices, and international standards.
- Proven experience in managing airport assets and implementing asset management strategies.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety standards relevant to airport operations.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading successful asset management teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
