Job Title**:Female Restaurant Guest Relations and Customer Service Supervisor**

Location**:Laysen Valley, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**

**About Us**: We are a high-end cafe and hospitality business, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences and hospitality services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and well-attended. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the guest experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction. Monitor and respond to guest feedback to continually improve service quality.
- Coordinate with the restaurant staff, including waiters, chefs, and management, to ensure smooth operations and prompt service delivery.
- Assist in promoting the restaurant’s services and special events. Engage with guests to promote loyalty programs and gather feedback.
- Handle any guest conflicts or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive outcome and maintaining the restaurant’s reputation.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions. Prepare reports on guest feedback and service performance.
- Assist in training staff on customer service best practices and guest relations.

Qualifications:

- Gender and Age: Female, below 32 years old.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential. Basic knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace.
- Appearance: Presentable and well-groomed, in line with the restaurant's standards.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
