The Team:
As part of the development of its MENA business, and overall global growth, Cundall are excited to announce the establishment of a new office in Riyadh, KSA. Cundall have been working on projects in KSA for almost 15 years, so this is the natural progression for the business, building on long standing relationships and offering the same high standard of multidisciplinary design and consultancy services.

This is something that has been in the planning for quite some time and our new office in Riyadh will complement the existing regional offices in the UAE and Qatar and provide a much stronger and resilient regional business structure.

The Role:
The General Manager will be responsible for the day to day operational leadership and management of the KSA business, leading a team of up to 40 staff, and shall report directly to the MENA Managing Director and Operations Director.

The role will involve all aspects of the KSA business development and management, including but not limited to:

- Business planning and strategic market assessments.
- Work winning and Client relationship management
- Commercial and Financial management and control
- Recruitment and resource management
- Project management and delivery

The Skills:

- Essential
- Honours Degree in Engineering (either Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural)
- Minimum 15 yrs postgrad experience
- Chartered Engineer and full Member of appropriate industry body (i.e. CIBSE, IMechE, MICE, IET, IStructE)
- Desirable
- Registered Engineer with Saudi Council of Engineers
- Arabic speaker
- KSA national
