The Real Estate Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing reports for the Group. This role will involve working closely with the real estate team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of real estate strategies and plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Prepare and maintain real estate reports, presentations, and documents.
- Monitor and track real estate market trends and provide insights to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and word) and other relevant software.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
