- **Technology Operations Specialist**

As we expand, we are looking for a versatile professional who can bridge the gap between IT infrastructure management and digital marketing. This role is integral to ensuring our internal technology environment runs smoothly while also maximizing our online outreach and lead generation efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Microsoft 365 Administration**:

- Serve as the system administrator for Microsoft 365, ensuring smooth operation, implementing new features, troubleshooting issues, and managing user accounts and licenses.
- **Zoho Apps Management**:

- Customize workflows, manage integrations, and ensure the platform supports our operational efficiency.
- **Digital Marketing & Ads Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Monitor performance metrics, report on campaign success, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad content and landing pages.
- **IT Support & Network Administration**:

- Provide technical support to staff for both hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and networking problems, maintain IT equipment, and ensure reliable, secure network operations.
- **IP Phone Management**:

- Administer the IP phone system, including configuring extensions, managing call flows, and addressing any telephony-related technical issues.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho Projects, Zoho LMS, Zoho Campaigns/Newsletter) is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, with a track record of improving performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of basic networking principles and troubleshooting methods.
- Experience with IP telephony systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and pivot as business needs evolve.
